Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking a part-time Installer/Trainer to equip customers with CaptionCall phones and train them in usage. This role involves in-home training, field travel, and independent work with flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate will install and troubleshoot devices, train customers on features, and assist in lead generation and events. Prior experience in hearing health and working with seniors is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in hearing health field is preferred.
• Experience working with senior citizens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Maintain documentation and complete required reports and invoices.
