Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care at home or infusion sites under supervision. You will deliver safe, compliant care per physician plans and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license with infusion nursing experience (0–2 years), CPR certification, and the ability to work across home settings. Travel will be required as part of patient visits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and updates nursing plan of care; administers medications per physician orders.
• Assesses patient status at each visit and documents care.
• Educates patients and families for independence with prescribed therapy.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents in real-time for billing.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares summaries.
• Adheres to policies, regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
• Utilizes technology to validate orders and manage visit schedules.
• Responds to patient requests and initiates emergencies as needed.
• Assists in on-call responsibilities and mentoring of staff.
