Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in home or infusion-site settings under supervision. You will administer treatments, educate patients and families, and document care in real time to support accurate billing and care continuity.

The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification, with travel to patient homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0-2 years infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Administers medications, educates patients and families, and participates in direct patient care.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on physician orders and patient status to achieve goals.
• Communicates with clinical team, physicians, patients and families to coordinate care and continuity.
