Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist patients in their homes according to an established care plan. Responsibilities include bathing, hygiene, transfers, ROM, and observation of safety and changes in condition.

Requirements include state/federal training compliance, ability to follow written instructions, CPR certification, and completion of Maxim competency program. Part-time with flexible hours and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Meets required training per state and federal laws as applicable.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care.
• Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care per plan of care.
• Perform baths, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding as ordered.
• Record vital signs when requested and observe changes for reporting.
• Ensure safe transfers and ambulation, assist with ROM and simple procedures as directed.
• Maintain patient safety and document care accurately; communicate with nurse supervisor.
