Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is a growing in-home care agency dedicated to compassionate support for seniors and adults in need in Jacksonville, FL. We are hiring HHAs and CNAs to join a dedicated care team and provide high-quality services in clients' homes.

In this role, you will assist with ADLs, transfers, and mobility, ensure safety for fall-risk clients, offer companionship, and follow person-centered care plans.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Physical health form within the last 6 months.
• TB test results or Quantiferon Gold TB test.
• CEU HIV/AIDS certificate.
• CEU Alzheimer's disease certificate.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Care for fall-risk patient with a focus on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow patient care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort at all times.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the care team.
