Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is expanding across Florida and is looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our compassionate team. You will provide ADL support, mobility assistance, companionship, and transportation, while following personalized care plans and maintaining dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling, local clients, supportive office staff, direct deposit, and steady hours across 4–12 hour shifts as we grow.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result.
• Level 2 Background Check required.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• CEU certificates: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer''s, or self-administered medications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow the patient''s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns.
