Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC in Florida is seeking HHAs/CNAs to join our growing team. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, companionship, and transporting clients to appointments, all while maintaining dignity and privacy.

We offer flexible scheduling, direct deposit, and steady hours with 4h, 8h, or 12h shifts. Growth opportunities exist as we expand into new counties and counties served across the area.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Negative TB skin test or Quantiferon TB test result.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns.
