Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team. We provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults in need across multiple counties.

You will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship, support mobility, help with bathing and grooming, light housekeeping, and meal prep while reporting changes to the care team. CPR and HHA/CNA certification, background check, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
