Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and providing companionship while protecting privacy and dignity. Certifications in CPR/BLS, HHA or CNA, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
• CPR-BLS Certification required.
• Physical Health Form within the last 6 months.
• TB Test/Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result required.
• CEU HIV/AIDS Certificate required.
• CEU Alzheimer's Certificate required.
• Level 2 Background Check required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Able to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Care for fall-risk patients with safety focus.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow patient care plan and maintain privacy, dignity, and comfort.
• Communicate clearly with the care team about changes or concerns.
