Family Pillars Home Care is expanding and seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our field team serving seniors and adults in Florida. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation, while reporting changes to the care team.

We offer flexible scheduling, case assignments near your home, a supportive office team, and opportunities for steady hours as we grow into new counties.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant with required licenses and CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Good communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
