Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our expanding team in Florida. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, mobility, and provide companionship to seniors and adults in need, following individualized care plans.

We offer flexible scheduling and steady hours, with a supportive office team and direct deposit. Growth opportunities exist as we expand into new counties and continue to provide compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR-BLS certification is required.
• Physical health form within 6 months is required.
• Negative TB test or Quantiferon TB blood test result is required.
• CEU HIV/AIDS certificate.
• CEU Alzheimer's certificate.
• CEU - Assist with self medications.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Care for fall-risk patients with safety-focused approach.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the patient care plan precisely.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the care team.
