Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is hiring HHAs and CNAs to join our expanding team serving clients in Florida. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily activities, and support mobility. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for steady hours are offered as we expand across counties.

Join a supportive office team and contribute to high-quality elder care in client homes across multiple counties in the region.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and professionally is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
