Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is expanding across multiple counties and seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team in the Florida area. We offer flexible scheduling, cases close to home, and a supportive office team.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility assistance, safety-focused transfer support, companionship, and driving patients to appointments while following care plans and keeping patient privacy intact.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• TB test results or Quantiferon Gold TB test results required.
• CEUs for HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, and self-administered meds required.
• Level 2 background check required; driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Care for fall-risk patients with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain patient privacy and dignity.
• Communicate changes to the care team clearly.

Education

HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam)

CNA License

CPR - BLS Certification

TB Test Result (TB Skin Test or Quantiferon Gold)

CEU HIV/AIDS Certificate

CEU Alzheimer's Disease Certificate

CEU Assistance with Self-Administered Medications Certificate

Level 2 Background Check
