Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team in Florida. You will assist with ADLs, monitor fall-risk patients, help with transfers, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans.

We offer flexible scheduling, cases close to home, supportive office staff, direct deposit, and consistent shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours as we expand across counties.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR-BLS certification required.
• TB test results or Quantiferon TB blood test.
• CEU in HIV/AIDS required.
• CEU in Alzheimer's required.
• Level 2 background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Care for fall-risk patient with safety focus.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow patient care plan and communicate changes to team.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort.
