Family Pillars Home Care is expanding its field staff in Florida and seeks dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with mobility and transfers in client homes across multiple counties.

The role requires HHA or CNA certification and CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while following a care plan. Flexible scheduling and steady hours are offered as we grow.

Qualifikationen

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
