Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is expanding and seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join the team. In client homes, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support safe mobility across multiple counties.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and professional conduct, with opportunities for steady hours as the organization grows. Flexible scheduling available and supportive office team to back you up.

Qualifications

• Certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
