Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is a growing home care agency committed to compassionate, reliable support for seniors and adults in need. We are expanding across multiple counties and actively recruiting dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team.

As a field-based role, you will visit client homes to assist with ADLs, provide companionship, support mobility and transfers, and help with daily tasks. Enjoy flexible scheduling, local assignments, and a supportive office team as we grow together.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Level 2 background check, or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
