Family Pillars Home Care is expanding across multiple counties and seeks dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join the team. You will provide compassionate, reliable in-home care to seniors and adults in need, and support daily living activities in client homes.

Ideal candidates hold an HHA or CNA credential and CPR certification, with a valid driver’s license to service assignments across counties. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities accompany steady hours as the organization expands.

Formación

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Level 2 background check is required (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
