Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is hiring HHAs and CNAs to support seniors and adults in need of care in Florida. We offer flexible scheduling, with shifts close to home, and a supportive office team as the company expands across counties.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, transfers, companionship, and transportation. Requirements include HHA or CNA certification, CPR/BLS, a recent physical, TB testing, and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Physical health form within last 6 months.
• TB test results or QuanTB result required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide care for fall-risk patients with close attention to safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; communicate with care team about changes or concerns.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed; follow individualized care plan.
