Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is expanding and seeks dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our in-home care team serving seniors and adults in need of support across multiple counties.

You will provide ADL assistance, companionship, mobility support, and light housekeeping, following care plans and reporting changes to the care team. A valid HHA/CNA license and CPR are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
