Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Aide in Washington state to provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, transfers, meals, and mobility assistance under RN direction. You will maintain patient comfort, document visits, and participate in IDT meetings as needed.

The role requires a current CNA license or approved WA training, CPR certification, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with potential travel in a hospice setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Washington CNA licensing or approved training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to home health patients.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, meals, and ROM as directed by RN or Therapist.
• Maintain patient comfort, monitor conditions, and report changes to the case manager.
• Document visits timely and accurately in the clinical record.
