Job summary

Optum is seeking a Home Health Aide or CNA to deliver in-home personal care and health-related services to patients in Puget Sound area. The role supports patients’ physical and emotional well-being and collaborates with families and care teams.

State WA certification is required; CPR is preferred or can be obtained within 90 days. Benefits are provided; flexible hours and independent work are possible in a full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• WA: Must be certified by the Washington Department of Health.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and health-related services.
• Report observations to agency director or accounts manager.
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
• Ensure safe driving and compliance with traffic regulations during business travel.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and client needs.
