Qualifications

• One year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, or wheelchairs.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care and progress.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
• Meal preparation and managing patient dietary orders.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented

Organized

Experience with hoyers and sit-to-stand lifts

Education

Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide or CNA program

High School Diploma or GED

Tools

CPR / First Aid certification
