Compassus is hiring a Home Health Aide to support patients at home, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. You will provide care, comfort and companionship while following care plans and safety protocols.

As a CNA with current CPR certification, you will play a critical role in patient recovery and well-being, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, reliable services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with current CPR certification.
• CPR certification required for patient safety and emergency readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort and companionship to patients in their homes.
• Support patient recovery and help patients stay independent at home.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate with family and care team.
