Job summary

PrimeCare Home Care Services seeks an empathetic Personal Care Aide to support clients at home. You will implement customized care plans, assist with daily activities, and monitor vital signs, while delivering compassionate, family-like service.

Strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver’s license are required. In-person HHA/PCA certification, TB screening, and basic computer literacy are essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Follow Clients Care Plans and complete assigned tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned (BP, temp, respiration).
• Provide companionship and compassionate care to clients.
