Job summary

Required qualifications include HHA/PCA certification, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Prior home health experience is a plus, and we value reliability and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant or Home Health Aide is preferred.
• HHA or PCA certification is required.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X‑Ray within 30 days.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Good communication and compassionate caregiving are essential.
• Pass a background check and provide references.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care digitally if required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks on clients and follow care plans.
• Help with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned (BP, temp, respiration).
• Provide companionship and supportive interaction.
• Recognize client needs and communicate observations to supervisor.
