PrimeCare Home Care Services in Georgia is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to implement customized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and provide companionship to clients in their homes.

Applicants must have HHA or PCA certification, CPR/First Aid in person, reliable transportation, and a clean background. We value empathy, reliability, punctuality, and excellent communication to support clients’ quality of life.

Formación

• Experience in home health care or caregiving.
• In-person First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out assigned tasks per Clients Care Plans.
• Help clients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs: blood pressure, temp, respiration.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Communicate needs and observations to supervisor.
