Job summary

Primecare Home Care Services seeks a compassionate Personal Care Aide to implement customized care plans in clients' homes. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and provide companionship while treating clients like family.

The role requires HHA/PCA certification, Basic Life Support/First Aid & CPR, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Compensation is $13–$14 per hour with a strong emphasis on reliability and empathy.

Qualifications

• HHA or PCA certification required.
• First Aid & CPR certification required (in-person).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• TB screening within 30 days.
• Ability to remain calm and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Help with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Provide companionship and monitor health status.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Maintain client safety and report to supervisor.
