Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• HHA or PCA Certification is required.
• Valid Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) training.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray completed within 30 days.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
