Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• HHA or PCA Certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (in-person).
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow Care Plans.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and assist with ADLs.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned (BP, temp, respiration).
• Provide companionship to the client when needed.
• Recognize needs, maintain good relationships, and communicate observations to supervisor.
