Job summary

Primecare Home Care Services is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate care in clients' homes. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and offer companionship to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA/HHA)
• Certification: HHA or PCA is required
• Valid First Aid & CPR (BLS) training
• TB screening/PPD chest X-ray within 30 days
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm under pressure
• Empathy, compassion and kindness are essential
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
