Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan driver's license is required.
• At least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations.
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders and homemaking assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation on visits.
