Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience with a frail or elderly population in a long-term care or home care setting.
• Ability to maintain flexible scheduling and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Direct Care or similar training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Document care provided and report any customer service complaints.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies as necessary.
