Job summary

Addus Homecare in New Mexico is urgently hiring Home Care Aides (HCAs) to support seniors and people with disabilities living at home. The Home Care Aide - Core role is on call five days per week, with a 40‑hour schedule and at least one weekend day, following care plans and reporting progress to the office.

Duties include assisting with personal care, routine housework, meals, laundry, transportation to appointments, and help with medications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; valid driver's license and insurance proof may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report progress to the office.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide routine house cleaning, meal preparation and laundry.
