Job summary

Addus Homecare is urgently hiring Home Care Aides (HCAs) to support seniors and people with disabilities living at home across Bernalillo, Edgewood, Los Ranchos, Moriarty, Rio Rancho, Tijeras, Carnuel, and surrounding NM areas. The Home Care Aide - Core is on call five days per week, with 40 hours weekly (20 hours guaranteed) and weekend coverage as required.

You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, transport to appointments, and monitor

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call office each morning for assignments and on-call status.
• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meals, and laundry.
• Transport client to doctors, store, and other errands.
• Assist client with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
