Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver's license and proof of insurance if driving).

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans for clients and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, housekeeping and laundry.
• Transport clients to doctor appointments or errands and assist with medications as directed.
• On-call for 24-hour shifts and schedule determined by supervisor.
