Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally in person and over the phone.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain and update patient records in EMR/CRM systems with confidentiality.
• Assist with billing and collect copayments as needed.
• Answer inquiries and provide general information and assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with office inventory and supplies.
