Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Under supervision, you will supervise patients and rehab staff, ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards.

The role requires a current Oklahoma PT license or registry eligibility, and certifications including BLS. Preferred experience includes care for adult and geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provides direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Performs duties with general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
