Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid state driver?s license with clean driving record.
• Experience: At least 1 year as courier/driver with direct customer interaction preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives company vehicles to perform first-call transfer of deceased in accordance with laws and company procedures.
• Cooperates with first responders, Coroner, hospital staff, or Senior Living facility and accommodates their processes.
• Interact with bereaved family members for home transfers with courtesy and sensitivity; follow procedures for handling soiled materials.
• Enter transfer information into proprietary software according to company procedures.
• Transport caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assist with moving caskets.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and manage fueling and basic maintenance.
