Qualifications

• At least 1 year work experience as a courier/driver with direct customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives company-owned vehicles to perform first-call transfer of deceased and ensures chain-of-custody and paperwork procedures are followed.
• Interacts with bereaved families in a courteous and professional manner and coordinates with first responders, hospitals, coroner, and care facilities as needed.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and readiness; handles routine vehicle maintenance and safety protocols; enters transfer information into proprietary software.
