Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience as a courier/driver with direct customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives company-owned vehicles to perform first-call transfer of deceased in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Cooperates with first responders, Coroner, hospital staff, or Senior Living facility during transfers.
• Interacts with bereaved families during home transfers with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Enters transfer event information into proprietary software per procedures.
• Transports caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assists with moving caskets.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs basic maintenance and safety checks.
