Everstory Partners in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Sales Counselor who guides individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product decisions with empathy and clarity. You will meet with clients, present options, close sales, and manage a pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

This role combines consultative B2C sales, lead development, community outreach, and occasional evening/weekend availability. A strong customer-service mindset, solid communication, and optional bilingual abilities help you

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
