Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and receives client families entering the office for information and assistance.
• Assists with visitations, memorial and funeral services including set up and dressing remains.
• Delivers and sets up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns and keepsakes.
• Operates office equipment and coordinates with management for cremations and services.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family transport.
• Prepares documents related to services and cremations.
• Attends monthly staff meetings.
