Job summary

• Answer phones, operate office equipment, and assist with documents for services and cremations.
• Greet client families and provide information; assist on visitations, ceremonies, and transportation as needed.
• Drive Funeral Home vehicles for services and family pickups; assist with vehicle upkeep.
• Assist with refreshments and maintain a respectful environment during services and visitations.
