Qualifications

• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Evenings and/or weekends availability required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if state law requires.
• Strong communication and empathetic client service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new families 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from served families.
• Network and build community relationships.
• Presentations to families and referred clients.
• Track activity to maintain productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships to request referrals.
• Educate families on benefits of pre-planning.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
