Responsibilities include answering calls, directing visitors, assisting residents, and maintaining records and security protocols in a respectful, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Resourceful, tactful and proactive in addressing issues.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility, integrity, and collaborate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to screen, forward calls, provide information, and take messages.
• Greet visitors and direct or escort to destination.
• Assist residents, family members, employees and visitors as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as word processing and data entry.
• Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring access and surveillance.
• Maintain filing system and file correspondences.
• Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
• Report issues or concerns with residents to the Administrator.
