Qualifications

• Prior receptionist/administrative/hospitality or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interpersonal and customer service-oriented mindset.
• Basic clerical/computer skills including typing and filing.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Compassionate, resident-focused attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Provide information, assistance and referrals as appropriate.
• Support daily administrative and clerical tasks including filing and typing.
• Maintain organized front desk and office areas.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and leadership teams.
• Foster a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment.
• Handle interruptions and changing priorities professionally.
• Support resident, family and guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
