Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services seeks an organized, compassionate front desk partner at Calvary Cemetery in Massillon. You will be the face and voice families meet first, delivering a welcome that begins genuine accompaniment during difficult times.

You will keep the office running, coordinating calls and details so the team can focus on ministry to families, while building knowledge of cemetery operations and the Order of Christian Funerals to guide choices with care.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment with administrative duties.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; faith welcome.
• Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to stay organized with interruptions.
