You will coordinate the office to allow the team to be fully present with families and guide them through cemetery procedures with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment with administrative duties and direct public contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all faiths welcome.
• Excellent customer service and service recovery skills.
• Empathy and compassion for people in need.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments.
• Computers and software aptitude.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
