Job summary

Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, OH seeks an office coordinator to be the face and voice of the cemetery, warmly welcoming families on one of life's hardest days.

You'll keep the office running, coordinate calls and details so staff can be fully present with families, and guide them through the Order of Christian Funerals and available choices with empathy and clear information. This role requires strong organizational skills and compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment handling administrative duties and multi-channel calls.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment with genuine mission alignment.
• Excellent customer service and service recovery skills.
• Empathy and compassion for people in need.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of Calvary Cemetery, offering a welcoming first impression.
